Customer Registration

Completing the full registration form ensures that your information is automatically updated on the checkout page for every purchase, applicable to both billing and shipping addresses. See images below
After you fill out and submit the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email. Following the confirmation of your email, you will be able to log in, completing your registration process.

Seller Registration
To register as a seller at Daily Online Marketplace, you must complete a form and upload certified copies of your supporting documents for approval. Ensure that the documents are clear and legible to avoid any disappointments and delays in your registration process. It is advisable to review the registration form before filling it out, so you can have the necessary documents ready for upload when required.
Please note: To expedite the approval process when uploading your documents, append your desired shop name to the file name of your documents. For example, use “Proof of Address-My Store Name” and replace “My Store Name” with the name of your store as per your application.
Step 1. Fill out the form and verify your email.
Once you have filled out the form, verified your email, and ensured everything is in order, you will receive a notification confirming that your application has been successfully submitted. Should there be any errors, they will be displayed at the bottom of the page immediately after you click “Register,” indicating precisely which fields need to be corrected. See images below.
After successfully submitting your registration form, a message will appear indicating that your registration is undergoing the approval process. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for your application to be approved.

Step 2. Registration application approved.
Upon approval of your registration application, you will be notified via email. You can then log in to the Daily Online Marketplace to establish your store. It is highly advised to follow the setup wizard that will launch upon your first login as a Seller/Vendor, as it will assist you in configuring your store within five minutes. For uploading products, requesting withdrawals, arranging shipment details, and more, refer to the Knowledgebase, which offers comprehensive guidelines to optimize your store’s potential at Daily Online Marketplace in a user-friendly way.
Ensure you obtain your “Verified Seller” badge by finalizing the verification process on your Seller/Vendor dashboard.
Should your application be rejected, please follow the instructions provided below.
Step 1. Registration application rejected.
If your application is rejected, you will receive an email detailing the reasons for the rejection, along with instructions on how to proceed with your registration process or information regarding its final decline.
Step 2. Registration rejection follow up.
Should you receive a rejection for your application with an option to follow up, ensure you meet all the required criteria to successfully register as a Seller/Vendor with Daily Online Marketplace then proceed to our website, login and continue with your seller registration process. You will be automatically redirected to the registration page.
To avoid application rejection, it is strongly advised to ensure that all required documents are certified, legible, and correctly named before uploading them. For example, use “Proof of Address-My Store Name,” substituting “My Store Name” with the name of your store as per your application.
