Shipping Policy

- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you promptly via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, unforeseen events).
3. International Shipping:

4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package online.
5. Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and accessible.

- Lungilicious is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

1. Returns
- We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return unused and unopened products within 10 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable items, such as opened bottles of juice, syrups, or dry packs, are not eligible for return or refund due to health and safety concerns.
- Custom orders or items purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion may not be eligible for returns.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective product for the same item, please contact us at info@lungilicious.co.za with details of the issue.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are returning an item over R350, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
