Refund Policy
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, a replacement pack will be arranged
and delivered to you within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs
are non-refundable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Return Window:
You have 3 working days from the date of delivery to return items.
Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with invoice attached to
be eligible for a return. Some items may be non-returnable, such as used or
opened products.

order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If the return is due to our error
(e.g., incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
