Delivery Timeframe:
Orders are processed and shipped via courier within 3-5 business days.
Delivery takes 3–5 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).
Shipping Areas:
Currently serving all of South African. Remote areas may experience slight delays and higher shipping costs.
Tracking:
Customers receive a tracking number via email/sms once their order is dispatched.
Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Approved Refunds:
Issued for unopened/damaged products (as above).
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Non-Refundable:
Shipping costs (unless the error was ours).
Opened or used products.
Partial Refunds:
May apply if multiple items are ordered, and only some are returned.

Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing [your email].
No cancellations once the order is processed (after 24 hours).
After Shipment:
Cancellations are not permitted. Customers may return unopened products for a refund (see Refund Policy).
Return/Exchange Policy
No Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges due to the perishable nature of our product.
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is damaged or incorrect due to our error (photo proof required).
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons).
Products damaged during transit.
Return Process:
Email [lemonbellybuster@gmail.com] with your order number, name, cell phone number and reason for return.
If approved, you’ll receive a return authorisation and instructions.
Ship the product back at your own cost (unless the error was ours).
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item.
