Shipping Policy

Thoroughly inspect the product upon delivery and note any damages on proof of delivery.

Any changes the customer may want on the item after delivery will be additional costs.

The delivery will take 3-7 working business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days.

Refund Policy

Return delivery costs will not be refunded unless the item came in faulty, damaged or incorrect.

The client must submit a written refund request within 7 days from the date of purchase.

The written request must state the main reason why the client is requesting for a refund.

The client must have a valid proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or a receipt.


Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy



The product must be in its original condition. No damaged product will be allowed back.

Cancellations requests may be submitted by phone, email, online, or in person.

Please note the refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.

 Orders cancelled after shipment will be treated as a "Return".
